Carolina Kitchen was great to work with from the start. We visited a handful of times months in advance before the wedding to try the food and talk with Shere'e. The day of I was anxious on how the food was going to be as I understand catering can be hard when you're close to an hour away from the venue. All my worries went away when I took the first bite into the food and everything was amazing! All the guests loved it and I do not think there was one complaint! IT WAS GREAT!!!
